Comprehendive Medication Information

Webstercare has an extensive range of reports to assist you in providing documentation to your aged care homes. Nursing staff love the reports as it saves them a huge amount of time when preparing for funding requirements and putting in place programs and/or procedures.

"... our Pharmacy has been able to produce some of the reports you told us about. This has saved us a huge amount of time!"

The information used to create these reports is already in the Webstercare Medication Management Software, so reports can be printed at the click of a button, saving you time whilst expanding the services you provide. Some of the reports available include:

Clinical Correlation Report: Details all dosage changes and ceased medications over a period of time. The invaluable information contained within this one report can be used to associate falls for example, with medication changes. This information would otherwise be a time consuming process to obtain through auditing medication charts.

Psychotropic Drug Usage: Details the different types of psychotropic medications being taken by your patients.

Medication Usage Reports: Details the use of a particular medication by categories.

Medication Information Summaries: Summarises the medications being taken and the indications as per MIMS reference.

Medication Care Plans: Are a combination of a patient medication profile, Medication Information Summary and Clinical Correlation Report to give nursing staff a complete overview of a patients medication history.

These reports ensure you are completely informed of each patient's medication history.

  • Valuable pharmacy service.

  • Utilises the data already in MIMS.

  • Assists with monitoring usage.

  • Provides evidence for decision making.

  • Information provided can assist with care planning.

  • These reports have been enthusiastically received by a range of people across the aged care industry including care managers and nursing staff.
