Perforated blister sheet allows you to tear off individual compartments.
Flexi-pak has tear off doses. This allows you to tear off one or several doses. Each Flexi-pak carries full medication details and each blister compartment has the name, day and dosage time as well as all the medications securely sealed within the blister.
Flexi-pak offers:
- Flexibility for patients going out for a dose, a day or longer.
- Perforated to allow removal of individual blister compartments
- Only the doses required are removed
Each blister compartment is labelled with:
- Patient name
- Dosage time and day
- Medication contents
Flexi-pak printed header card features:
- An ‘Alert’ for alternate day or once weekly medication
- QA check box for the auditing pharmacist to initial
Available as a disposable pack or within a sturdy folder, the Flexi-pak folder keeps all the medication in order when any sealed blister compartments are removed. May be used to pre-prepare for a medication round in an aged care home.

Flexi-pak Cold Seal features tear-off dosages for ultimate convenience. Perforations in the pack enable individual doses to be removed and taken with the client or carer wherever they go. The remaining medication stays safely attached to the main pack. Each individual blister compartment is labelled with essential information including: client name, dosage time, day of the week, and the medications contained within the blister compartment.
The Flexi-pak Cold Seal Foil is printed through a laser printer meaning the foils are simple and quick to print. The foil contains a pressure seal therefore no heat sealing equipment is required. The layout of the label means all the necessary information is printed on the one sheet.
The foil contains a unique, patented micro-perforation feature which ensures the easy removal of blister content from the pack whilst maintaining the integrity of the medications.
